Teruel has no five-star properties, but its four-star hotels and family-run hostals cover every budget, concentrated in two zones: the historic center and the station and Dinópolis side. Rates run from about 40 € for a simple hostal to 100 € and up for the top four-star hotels. This guide is part of our Teruel travel guide, and Teruel weather by month will tell you whether to book a room with air conditioning or heating.
Where to Stay in Teruel: The Historic Center
Staying in the Casco Antiguo puts the Mudéjar towers, cathedral, and best tapas bars within a five-minute walk. The towers and sights are covered in our things to do in Teruel guide. Streets are pedestrianized, so budget for parking in a nearby lot if you drive, and note that hotels here sell out for the February Bodas de Isabel festival.
