Where you stay in Nashik depends on whether you are here for temples, wine or work. The winery belt on Gangapur Road has the resort hotels, the city centre and Panchavati keep you near the ghats, and the Satpur and Ambad corridors hold the business chains. Prices below are typical in-season rates for a standard double; they spike during the Kumbh Mela. See our Nashik neighborhoods guide for more on each area.

Where to Stay in Nashik: Gangapur Road and the Wine Country

The Gangapur Road corridor is the choice for wine weekends, with winery resorts and quieter riverside stays 12 to 15km west of the Nashik centre. You will be a short drive from Sula Vineyards and the Gangapur Dam, but you will need a taxi or your own vehicle to reach the temples in Panchavati.
