The Black Sea coast (Constanta, Mamaia) has a milder maritime climate with summer highs of 26°C and a beach season from June to early September. The Danube Delta is best visited from April to October, with May and September offering the best birdwatching. April to June and September to October are the best months for city visits and touring castles.
